Cannabis Trimmer and Packager

Must have previous cannabis trimming experience to apply. Pearl Cannabis is a boutique indoor cultivation facility in Boulder focused on high quality, craft cannabis. We take pride in producing consistent, top shelf flower using exotic genetics and strict post production SOPs. We are hiring reliable and detail oriented trimmers who care about quality work and want to be part of a professional, growth focused team. Position Summary 60% trimming 40% plant work. The Trimmer is responsible for hand trimming flower to company standards, tracking daily production, and supporting cultivation tasks when needed. This role requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established SOPs. Compensation Starting at $18-$20 per hour based on experience, quality and production Requirements Applicants must have all of the following: Valid and active Colorado MED Badge Reliable transportation (must have a car) Active bank account for payroll Working cell phone for communication and scheduling Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs Professional attitude with a focus on supporting the success and reputation of the company Primary Responsibilities Trim cannabis to meet strict quality and appearance standards Maintain a clean and organized workstation Track daily weights and production logs accurately Meet productivity expectations of 2 lbs per 8-hour shift Trim flower off the stem and handle gently to avoid over-handling or damage Secondary Responsibilities Assisting with harvesting Assisting with defoliation General facility cleaning as needed Packaging lbs into vacuum sealed bags What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and consistent work habits Quality focused rather than speed only Able to work independently and within a team Comfortable receiving feedback Genuine passion for cannabis quality and craftsmanship How to Apply Please submit your resume, MED badge information, and a brief explanation of your trimming and growing experience.
