Schedule:
Full-Time, weekends required Green Farms is hiring a motivated and dependable Grow Technician to join our cultivation team. If you have some hands-on cannabis cultivation experience and take pride in showing up every day ready to work, this is your chance to be part of a solid crew in a fast-paced grow operation. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain deeper experience in the cannabis industry, with a focus on consistency, teamwork, and plant care.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrive on time and ready to work every shift Perform daily plant care including watering, pruning, defoliation, and monitoring plant health Assist with harvests, trimming, and post-harvest processing Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant grow space Follow all SOPs and directions from cultivation leads Work well with others in a team environment
Requirements:
Must be willing to work weekends Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to follow direction and stay on task Positive attitude and ability to work with others Comfortable with physical work, repetitive tasks, and being on your feet most of the day Must be eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility in Colorado METRC familiarity Knowledge of IPM, transplanting, or cloning Previous experience working in regulated grow environments
