Must be available weekends About Us Green Farms Cannabis is a locally owned, licensed cultivation facility dedicated to producing premium cannabis flower and hash. We're looking for a reliable Trimmer to join our harvest team. This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and perfect for someone who takes pride in clean, consistent trimming. What You'll Do Hand-trim cannabis flower with speed, precision, and consistency Operate trimming machines (e.g., GreenBroz) as needed Assist with harvest tasks: skirting, defanning, bucking, and product prep Weigh, package, and label product accurately according to METRC guidelines Maintain a clean, organized trim space and follow sanitation protocols Support the cultivation team with light plant care or resets when trimming work is complete What We're Looking For Must hold a valid Colorado MED Badge Weekend availability required Trimming experience preferred (hand and/or machine) Ability to meet quality and weight standards daily (2 - 3 lbs per day) Comfortable with repetitive tasks and sitting/standing for long periods Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to work efficiently Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Perks On-the-job training Be part of a tight-knit grow team Opportunity to learn more about cultivation and growing
