Job Description

We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals with a positive attitude who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, reliable, loyal, a team player, and quick to learn.
Duties Include:
Harvesting and trimming (by hand or machine) De-leafing, cutting back, and undercutting plants Maintaining clean workstations and trimming equipment Separating plant strains Watering, plant care, and maintenance Post-harvest cleanup Pesticide application Cultivation tasks as needed Other duties as assigned This is a hands-on position where you'll constantly be learning. With time, training can lead to greater responsibilities. All team members must follow company policies and state regulations. Skills /

Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to perform a variety of manual labor tasks
Requirements:
Must be able to work 6:00am-2:45pm, 5 days a week (minimum 40 hours/week, no exceptions) Must be able to work weekends and holidays Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs Must be comfortable with sitting, standing, and bending for extended periods Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Must have a Colorado MED Employee Badge and be at least 21 years of age Must have reliable transportation and be able to start immediately Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively Must comply with safety standards and MED rules and regulations
