Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Processing Technician to join our team in Denver. In this role, you will play a key part in the post-harvest process, including harvesting, bucking, and trimming cannabis plants. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the cannabis industry who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. We do expect our trimmers to trim 4lbs per shift with our methods. Please keep this in mind before applying.

Key Responsibilities:

Trimming:

Trim cannabis flowers by hand or with equipment to meet company quality standards.

Bucking:

Separate cannabis flowers from stems using appropriate techniques, maintaining speed and precision.

Quality Control:

Inspect harvested and processed cannabis for any defects, ensuring all products meet Locol Love's high-quality standards.

Record-Keeping:

Accurately track and document weights, strains, and other relevant information during processing.

Sanitation:

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company and state regulatory guidelines.

Collaboration:

Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Meeting Par Levels :

You will be required to trim a specific quantity per day on trim days.

Harvesting:

Assist, on an as-needed basis, in the efficient and careful harvesting of cannabis plants while ensuring product integrity and quality.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age and have a

VALID MED

Badge Previous experience in cannabis processing, agriculture, or related fields is highly preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to sit, stand, or perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Able to lift 40 pounds. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Attendance is of the utmost importance. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict regulatory guidelines.
