Job Description

We are a large-scale cannabis cultivation facility under new leadership committed to redefining workplace culture in the cannabis industry. We're building a motivated, professional, and team-oriented staff — and we're looking for individuals ready to grow with us.
Job Duties Could Include:
Trimming harvested cannabis Harvesting plants Post-harvest deep cleaning and room resets Packaging Defoliating plants General day-to-day tasks that support cannabis cultivation operations
Requirements:
Active MED Badge (required before any applicant can be considered) Reliable transportation and strong attendance Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to lift 40lbs minimum
Compensation & Schedule:
Full-time position Competitive hourly pay Clear opportunities for advancement as we expand our team under new management
