Why This Role Green Dot Labs is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Post-Cultivation Specialist to support harvesting, drying, trimming, and post-harvest processing activities within our cultivation operation. This role is critical to preserving product quality, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring harvested cannabis is processed according to company standards. Working closely with the Post-Cultivation Lead and Cultivation team, this position supports harvest execution, product handling, trimming, recordkeeping, and facility sanitation while contributing to a safe, organized, and compliant production environment. What You'll Do Support weekly harvest activities including de-leafing, removing plants from canopy areas, hanging plants on drying racks, shucking, weighing, and packaging harvested material Handle harvested cannabis with care to maintain quality and prevent contamination during harvest, transport, and storage Review harvest allocations with leadership and ensure plant material is routed to the appropriate processing pathway Report harvest, quality, or processing concerns to leadership in a timely manner Maintain accurate production records and KPI tracking documentation Remove dried flower from drying rooms and transport material for post-harvest processing Sort, grade, and hand-trim dried flower according to company quality standards Adapt trimming techniques to meet strain-specific quality expectations Maintain clean and sanitized workstations, cultivation rooms, drying rooms, harvest areas, and storage spaces Perform green waste disposal and general waste management activities Prepare workstations and materials for the next shift to support operational efficiency Cross-train and provide support across cultivation departments and regional facilities as needed Attend required safety, compliance, and operational trainings Follow compliance with all City, County and State Regulations including, but not limited to the MED's Current & Permanent Marijuana Rules for Licensed Premise, RMCF, Transport & Storage, Business Records, Labeling, Packaging & Safety, Testing etc. What's In It for You Opportunity to work with one of the cannabis industry's most respected premium brands Hands-on experience across harvest, drying, trimming, and post-harvest operations Exposure to cultivation, production, and compliance processes within a regulated environment Collaborative team environment focused on quality and continuous improvement Opportunities for growth and cross-functional experience throughout cultivation operations What Makes You a Great Fit High school diploma or GED required Must have and maintain an active MED Badge, or be eligible and willing to obtain one prior to employment. Must be able to pass a background investigation for the State of Colorado Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on work while maintaining consistency and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Reliable transportation required Work Environment This role is primarily onsite in Boulder, CO and requires regular work within cannabis cultivation, harvest, and processing environments. The position typically follows a 40-hour workweek and may include weekend shifts based on operational needs. The role requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive physical tasks including bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Employees must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and work safely around cultivation equipment, harvested cannabis, drying environments, strong odors, dust, and agricultural materials. Personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, masks, eye protection, and other required safety gear, must be worn as required. Benefits for most employees become effective the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
