DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Hand trim plants with care and accuracy Producing Pre-rolls with care and accuracy Package all product to industry/company standards and compliance Meet daily productivity, quality, and compliance requirements and goals Demonstrated high attention to detail Perform curing and farming duties as assigned by Production Manager Ability to remain flexible and willing to assist on other projects as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must possess a MED badge through the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This role requires regular and on-time attendance Must be able to work 8-12 hours a day Ability to be on feet; standing, walking majority of shift Use of hands, wrists, arms for long periods of time Bending, lifting, squatting Safe use of company provided tools and equipment Standard schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Overtime may be required for periods of time based on production demands All requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
