In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution across various landscapes. Duties Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as excavators when necessary Conduct regular inspections of irrigation components to identify leaks, clogs, or malfunctions and perform timely repairs Adjust and calibrate sprinkler heads and controllers to ensure even coverage and water efficiency Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, planting, pruning, and general horticultural activities Operate construction equipment safely during system installations or upgrades in various outdoor environments Collaborate with landscape architects or project managers to ensure irrigation solutions meet design specifications Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system modifications for future reference Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex irrigation systems Proficiency in landscape maintenance practices including lawn care and horticulture principles Experience with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators Knowledge of irrigation components, controllers, valves, pumps, and sprinkler systems Familiarity with landscaping techniques and general land management practices Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints related to irrigation layouts Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces by applying your expertise as an Irrigation Technician.
