Interested applicants should report to any State Workforce Agency (SWA) career center for help in contacting the employer. Referral by a career center provides program guarantees and protections that may not be available to a worker not referred. Workers must have valid identification for I-9 preparation when they report to the employer location to begin work. The employer may use the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services E-Verify Program to verify employment eligibility. C. Workers referred to this job by a SWA should report to a career center between 5 and 9 work days before the job start date to verify the job start date is the same. Failure to do so may disqualify the worker from the assurances of this Job Order. Worksites are located in Flagler counties. Housing is located in Bunnell, FL. (Flagler County) D.

Farmworker Crops:
Potatoes, Leafy Greens, Cabbage, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Onions, Beets and Corn Sanitation Requirements:
For food and general personal safety purposes, all workers will be required and expected to follow common sanitary practices at all times. This is particularly critical when hand harvesting crops for human consumption. Employees are required to cleanse their hands by washing them thoroughly with soap and water after using the bathroom and before entering the fields for harvest activities. All workers must report all injuries and illnesses to their employer. As well any communicable disease such as but not limited to diarrhea, or any other infectious disease or illness. Workers shall report immediately any cuts or abrasions that cause open bleeding. Workers will plant, cultivate, and harvest employer's crops. Workers will perform support duties such as preparing fields and for planting, and general field clean-up such as, weeding, rock pick up, and digging drainage ditches. Workers will perform general shop/yard/farm/equipment cleanup and maintenance such as power washing, repairs, painting, raking, leveling, mowing, firewood, and fence repair. Workers will operate tractors and farm vehicles on the farm as an incidental activity in the production of crops. Workers will assist in lay irrigation pipe, irrigate crops, repair and maintain irrigation system. Workers will also be using riding sprayers, planter, and harvester. Workers will also stack, sort, pick, pack, and grade crops. Workers will work in all duties involved in planting, growing and harvest potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, Corn, Onions, Beets and Leafy Greens.
Packing House:
Workers will perform various duties associated with packing employer's products. Workers will flow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Workers must follow all standard food safety methods and practices to ensure product is handled in clean and safe manner. Workers must remove sprouts and/or strings from potatoes as they move along the line. Workers will sort potatoes according to customers' specifications by removing rotten, and damaged and out of specification potatoes from pack line. Workers will fold and stack cardboard and/or reusable plastic containers. All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production. Workers will drive trucks to transport crops to storage area on farm.
Farm Equipment Operation During Field Operations:
Workers will be required to operate tractors, bobcat, forkifts, trucks, sprayers, fertilizer applicators, and other farm equipment as an incidental activity in the production of crops. Workers will use mechanical potato harvesting equipment. Before any worker is required to operate any farm equipment, the worker will be instructed in the proper and safe operation of tractor. Workers must notify supervisor of any mechanical issues. Workers will be required to operate tractors according to instructions and in a manner, that protects the operator, other workers, trees, crops and equipment. Failure to obey operating and safety instructions may result in termination. Failure to obey traffic laws will result in termination of driving privileges.
Pay:
Florida Adverse Effect Wage Rate (AEWR) - $16.23 per hour ¾ Guarantee is in effect.

Withholding:
Federal Income Tax, Social Security and Medicare, and any deductions agreed to by the worker in writing. Work rules will be found in the Clearance Order. E. Contract period is September 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026 .
Hours:
35 hours per week
Days/Hours:
Monday thru Friday 6 hours and Saturday 5 hours per day . Work may be offered but not required on Sundays and holidays. Extra work hours may be offered based on weather and other conditions. F. Employer will refund workers living outside commuting distance the reasonable transportation and subsistence costs to report for the first day of work on the 50% date. Will provide workers who complete the contract period the reasonable cost of transportation and subsistence to return to place of recruitment or to report to the next H-2A job. G. Housing and Board.
Housing:
Will provide free housing for workers who arrive from outside daily commuting distance. Family housing is not available. Meals (Board): Employer-provided housing includes free and convenient kitchen facilities with appropriate equipment, appliances, cooking accessories, and dishwashing facilities for meal preparation. Workers will buy their own groceries. Once a week the employers will offer to provide (on a voluntary basis by the workers) free transportation to assure workers access to the closest store where they can purchase groceries. In the event kitchen facilities are not available workers staying in employer housing will be provided 3 meals per day at the current subsistence rate as posted in the federal register. Housing meets the requirements of Federal, State and Local regulations. Rules regarding living accommodations will be found in the Clearance Order. Transportation provided by the employer meets the requirements of Federal, State and Local regulations. H. Prohibition against preferential treatment of H-2
A:
The employer's job offer must offer to U.S. workers no less than the same benefits, wages, and working conditions that the employer is offering, intends to offer, or will provide to H-2A workers. Job offers may not impose on U.S. workers any restrictions or obligations that will not be imposed on the employer's H-2A workers. This does not relieve the employer from providing to H-2A workers at least the same level of minimum benefits, wages, and working conditions which must be offered to U.S. workers. I.
