What they do

A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Job Description

Must live in Florida, be available to work Monday through Saturday, at least 55 hours per week 7am start . If needed, shared housing can be provided at low cost near farm.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of tractors Basic knowledge of irrigation Basic knowledge of agricultural practices Experience with lawnmowers and weed trimmers Knowledge of chemical application preferred Follow direction from farm manager Able to work in extreme heat and cold conditions Driver's license, Social security and Valid work permit
