This is a full-time, benefit eligible position and we pay weekly!

Responsibilities:

Monitor and test new irrigation installations, troubleshoot and repair problems, observe pipe and valve placements, and evaluate start-ups and overall operation of the irrigation system. Conduct and record detailed inspections and plan/execute upgrades of client systems. Diagnose problems with electrical meters and pumps, make necessary repairs and adjustments to maintain all systems in proper working conditions. Install time clocks that operate irrigation systems. Maintain records and submit reports on conditions of all irrigation systems. Assist in supervising work crew, as directed. Interact with customers as needed to perform duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the installation, inspection and repair of irrigation systems; experience with large pump stations is ideal Valid Driver's License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening Must have Knowledge of trenchers, multi-meters, wire locators, ditchers, and pipe sizing Irrigation Technician license needed. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required. The ability to create and read property site maps is a plus. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and evenings, as required. Knowledge of the occupational hazards of the trade and of the proper use of safety practices. Enjoys multi-tasking and possesses strong organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day
