Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $16- $20 / hour What you'll be doing as an
Aquatic Weed Control Technician:
- Remove and cut vegetation using hand tools and other tools of the trade.
- Work outdoors in extreme heat and humid conditions.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Shift Timings:
1st Shift (Day) Job requirements:- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
- Must be physically capable of performing strenuous outdoor work.
- Must be able to work safely in extreme heat and humidity.
- Must be acclimated to working in hot weather.
- Ability to work 4 consecutive 10-hour shifts each week.
- Must be comfortable working in an environment where reptiles and other native wildlife may be present ("reptile friendly").
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are required.
