This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing the golf course irrigation system, pump station, wells, drainage systems, and irrigation control computer to ensure optimal turf and landscape conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Toro LYNX irrigation software, irrigation diagnostics, drainage installations, and water conservation practices. Responsibilities include monitoring irrigation performance, troubleshooting electrical and communication issues, completing repairs and installations, maintaining irrigation records and reports, and supporting daily golf course operations. Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems, the ability to read irrigation blueprints, and a commitment to teamwork, safety, and environmental stewardship. A high school diploma or equivalent and previous golf course irrigation experience are required; technical training is preferred. This role requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining a flexible schedule including weekends.
