Durbin Spraying Solutions LLC. Durbin Spraying Solutions LLC. Is looking to hire a few employees for this upcoming crop year. We are a drone crop dusting company that will be expanding our operations in the local area as well as travel out of state during the summer months. Job location for October-May is spent in the labelle/Clewiston/Immokalee area. Summer months June-September will be spent in Virginia, Illinois, or potentially other states as the company expands.

Requirements:

Legally able to work in the USA, able to obtain a FAA Part 107 drone pilots license, able to obtain pesticide certifications in multiple states, must have a valid drivers license and be able to drive truck with large trailer, and must be able to speak and read English.

Preffered:

Work history in the agricultural industry and pesticides, past history with flying drones professionally or privately, ability to problem solve and fix minor mechanical issues, management experience is also a plus.

Job duties:

drive pickup truck/gooseneck trailer, correctly mix pesticides per work orders. Draw, edit, fly, and spray with drones. Repair and maintain drones when needed, must be able to lift 50 pounds or more regularly throughout the day. Must be available any days that there are work orders to complete from before sun up to sun down. The job is largely weather dependent and work order dependent. There are not set days on and off. It is an hourly job, weeks where there is no work employees will be paid a set baseline pay. During summer months housing or a housing stipend will be included in the area you are placed. The job requires the legal ability to obtain several government licenses, background checks will be conducted prior to hiring and training.
