Assistant Grower

We are a fast-growing farm focused on producing high-quality, nutrient-dense microgreens and edible flowers. The Assistant Grower will play a key role in daily farm operations. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, hands-on agricultural environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and capable of taking initiative. We are building a team that values quality, efficiency, and innovation in agriculture.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will: Support daily grow operations including seeding, transplanting, watering, harvesting, and cleaning Assist with organizing grow schedules, crop planning, and timelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of grow areas, tools, and seed storage Monitor plant health and report any issues in real time Assist in maintaining quality assurance standards across all products Accurately record data and update inventory tracking systems Support development and improvement of internal processes and SOPs Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and operational guidelines Assist in training and supporting new team members Communicate updates consistently with the team Be available to assist with urgent operational needs when required

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in a farm, greenhouse, or agricultural setting (preferred) Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Reliable transportation to farm Must be legally authorized to work in the

United States Skills, Qualifications & Education:
