Interior Plant Care Horticulturist - Part Time Evenings

About Us Garden Elevations is a boutique plant care company serving high-end homes, offices, and restaurants. We maintain beautiful indoor plant environments across some of Miami's top properties. About the Role We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to help care for interior plants and small garden spaces. This role is a great fit for someone with some experience—or someone motivated to learn and grow in horticulture. You'll receive training and will be expected to work independently once comfortable. What You'll Do Care for interior plants, balcony gardens, and potted arrangements Water, prune, clean, and maintain plants Watch for plant health issues and report concerns Keep client spaces clean and well-presented Use basic gardening tools safely What We're Looking For Some plant care or related experience preferred (but not required) Interest in plants and willingness to learn Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 40 lbs, standing, bending) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation English fluency Schedule Evening hours (after 5 PM) and/or weekends required 20-25 hours per week Pay & Perks $20-$22/hour based on experience Paid training Mileage and parking reimbursement Uniform shirts provided Paid time off Bonuses and raises based on performance Opportunity to grow into a full-time role Additional Details Work is mostly indoors Background check required How to Apply Apply through Indeed or email your resume to ian@gardenelevations.com (cc: gardensofian@gmail.com) with "Interior Horticulturist" in the subject line.
