Irrigation Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Irrigation Technician to join our irrigation team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems that keep lawns, gardens, and landscapes lush and healthy. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as excavators when necessary Conduct regular inspections of irrigation components to identify leaks, clogs, or malfunctions Adjust sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, and timers to ensure even coverage and water efficiency Operate construction equipment safely during system installations or upgrades Maintain detailed records of work performed, system layouts, repairs made, and parts used for accurate documentation Experience Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience working with irrigation systems and landscaping equipment Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and construction machinery such as trenchers and excavators is preferred Ability to follow technical instructions precisely while maintaining safety standards Prior experience in irrigation installation or landscape construction is required Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system troubleshooting and repairs 2-Wire Irrigation System knowledge is preferred.
