Job Description
Gro Pro is now hiring an experienced Irrigation Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone dependable, knowledgeable, and professional who can diagnose, repair, and install irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, understands irrigation systems, and can work independently or as part of a crew. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues Install and maintain irrigation systems, valves, timers, heads, pumps, and zones Troubleshoot electrical and controller problems Adjust sprinkler heads for proper coverage Locate and repair leaks, broken lines, and damaged components Perform irrigation inspections and system checks Communicate material needs and job progress with management Maintain a clean and safe work area Provide professional service while on customer properties Assist with landscape install or maintenance crews when needed Requirements Previous irrigation experience preferred Knowledge of irrigation controllers, valves, sprinkler heads, zones, and basic system layout Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs efficiently Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift, bend, dig, and perform physical labor as needed Strong communication and customer service skills What We Offer Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within Gro Pro Professional team environment Local Panama City area work Supportive management and organized job structure
