Job Details:
Maintain, inspect, and properly care for irrigation equipment, tools, carts, radios, and safety gear. Operate equipment safely while following all company safety policies and supervisor instructions. Secure the irrigation shed and ensure all tools and equipment are stored properly at the end of each shift. Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks and support overall property maintenance operations. Assist in identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance, work efficiency, and service quality while working flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of irrigation system maintenance and repair experience, including pumps, valves, sprinkler heads, and water distribution systems. Working knowledge of well and reclaimed water systems, irrigation scheduling, and compliance with local water-use regulations. Ability to troubleshoot irrigation issues, respond to service requests, manage inventory, and work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to perform physically demanding outdoor work, lift equipment as needed, and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime when required.
