Job Description
Seeking a reliable, hardworking Farm Laborer to assist with daily farm operations. This position involves hands-on work with livestock, equipment, and general farm maintenance. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Job location is in Baxley, GA. Responsibilities Feed and care for cattle Walk poultry houses and assist with routine poultry operations Cut grass and maintain farm grounds Operate farm machinery and equipment (tractors, mowers, etc.) Perform basic mechanical work and troubleshooting on equipment Assist with general farm labor and maintenance as needed Requirements Willingness to show up on time and commit to a full work schedule Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and varying conditions Mechanically inclined with ability to use tools and equipment Ability to walk poultry houses and perform physical labor Experience operating farm machinery
