Job Description

Overview Join our team as a Pullet Farm Worker, where you'll play a vital role in the care and management of young hens from hatch to maturity. In this position you will work to ensure the health, safety, and optimal growth of our pullet flocks. Your involvement will help maintain high standards of animal husbandry while supporting the smooth operation of farm equipment. Duties Assist in the daily care and handling of pullets, ensuring they are fed, watered, and housed properly to promote healthy growth. Monitor bird health and behavior, identifying signs of illness or distress and reporting issues promptly. Use hand tools for small repairs Cleaning and disinfecting Fly/rodent control Requirements Prior experience with poultry is preferred but not required Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in a dusty environment

From $16.00 per hour
