Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a . In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily farm operations, ensuring the health and well-being of crops, maintaining equipment, and supporting the overall productivity of our agricultural environment. Your hands-on approach and leadership skills will help foster a safe, efficient, and thriving farm setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic agricultural environment where your skills in crop husbandry, machinery operation, and maintenance will make a tangible difference.we are Also offering our hires housing rent free which will be explained during our interview! Responsibilities Supervise daily farm activities, including crop care, and handling to promote healthy growth and well-being must be able to lift a maximum of 50lbs must be open to all positions from picking to packing as you will be moved around depending on where help is needed Being able to operate tractors and machinery is not required but having the knowledge is definitely a plus Manage irrigation systems and greenhouse environments to support plant growth and horticultural projects Ensure compliance with safety protocols during heavy lifting, equipment operation, welding, and other manual tasks Support growing operations by assisting with planting, harvesting, pruning, and other horticultural activities Experience Supervising experience in an agricultural or farm setting preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and maintenance Hands-on animal handling experience with livestock or equines required Proficiency in operating forklifts, heavy machinery, power tools, hand tools, and irrigation systems Knowledge of animal husbandry practices and general farming techniques Experience with greenhouse management or horticulture is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively with farming equipment in various weather conditions This role is perfect for someone passionate about agriculture who thrives in a fast-paced environment that values safety, teamwork, and hands-on expertise.
