Job Duties:

Greenhouse Operations Manager The Greenhouse Operations Manager oversees all greenhouse cultivation activities from propagation through harvest, ensuring efficient operations, plant health, and adherence to company cultivation standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage transplanting, plant movement, production schedules, and weekly task lists. Oversee irrigation stock tank mixing and feeding schedules according to cultivation leadership instructions. Monitor and adjust environmental conditions using Argus controls to maintain optimal growing conditions. Supervise the complete grow cycle from mothers, clones, vegetative growth, and flowering through harvest. Lead and develop Grow Hands and Assistant Growers to ensure high performance standards in crop work, transplanting, trellis and table preparation, plant health, IPM, and sanitation protocols. Oversee room preparation between harvests and communicate equipment maintenance needs to management. Vegetative & Propagation Manager The Vegetative & Propagation Manager is responsible for propagation operations, mother plant management, and vegetative production activities.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cloning schedules, mother plant rotation, and pruning programs. Oversee daily feeding, weekly cloning, IPM applications, and sanitation procedures. Perform or coordinate weekly sprays in vegetative and flowering zones and maintain spraying equipment. Lead the vegetative team to ensure plant health and cultivation activities are completed to the highest standards.

• Health benefits & Paid time off What you'll need: The Cultivation Senior Grower is an experienced cultivation professional with 2-5+ years of commercial cultivation, greenhouse, or agricultural experience , preferably in cannabis production.

This role requires strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation, environmental controls, IPM, and sanitation practices, as well as the ability to oversee cultivation activities throughout the grow cycle. The Senior Grower supports and supervises cultivation staff while ensuring compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and production goals. Familiarity with environmental control systems such as Argus is highly desirable. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
