Requirements:

What You'll Do:

Handle grain loading/unloading and maintain grain quality. Operate and perform basic maintenance on equipment. Keep facilities clean and safe (dust control, housekeeping). Track grain inventory and assist with seasonal demands. Work collaboratively with a team that values safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED. Ability to work long seasonal hours, climb heights, and lift up to 50 lbs. Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills. Comfortable working in varied environments, including tight spaces. CDL A license is a bonus and may be required for certain tasks.
