In this role, you will assist with daily park operations, equipment maintenance, and crop management. Your enthusiasm and hands-on approach will contribute to the efficient running of the farm and its activity park, ensuring a safe, productive, and thriving environment. Responsibilities Assist with park set-up for upcoming events Operate farm machinery such as tractors, forklifts, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on farm equipment and machinery using hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and basic mechanical knowledge. Support planting, irrigation, harvesting, and crop cultivation activities across various horticultural environments. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting, fencing repairs, and equipment setup to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper procedures during all farm activities and ensuring a clean and hazard-free work environment. Requirements Proven experience in farming or agricultural work. Hands-on experience operating farm machinery such as tractors, forklifts, power tools, and irrigation systems. Mechanical skills related to equipment repair, maintenance of farm machinery, welding, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations). Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely while maintaining high safety standards in outdoor or greenhouse environments. Familiarity with horticulture practices is a plus. Strong outdoor work ethic with the ability to work in various weather conditions. Basic math skills for measurements and record keeping; excellent attention to detail for safety compliance. Valid experience in using hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks; knowledge of irrigation systems is beneficial.
