Green Acres Lawn Care, a family-owned business celebrating 20 years of service, is looking for an Aeration / Overseeding Technician to help us keep thousands of clients across the area with healthy, lush lawns. With over 40 employees, we're proud to be a trusted local provider dedicated to quality, integrity, and treating our team like family.

What You'll Do:

Operate aeration and overseeding equipment on residential and commercial properties. Prepare lawns by aerating soil to improve water and nutrient absorption. Overseed to help lawns grow thicker and greener. Identify lawn areas needing attention and deliver recommended solutions. Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections. Work outdoors in various weather conditions, following safety procedures and using PPE.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with lawn aeration and overseeding is a plus. Having mowing or ride-on equipment experience is a big advantage — if you enjoy working with mowers, you'll love the work involved in aeration! Knowledge of lawn health and turf management an advantage. Strong work ethic, reliable, and punctual. Physically fit and capable of lifting equipment and working on uneven terrain. Self-motivated and a team player. Enjoy working outside in all seasons.
