What they do
A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

- Must enjoy working outdoors, independently.
- Must complete paid company training.
- Must have a source of reliable transportation to and from work, and a valid drivers license.
- Must have ability to lift 50#.
- Must be comfortable pulling a trailer with a standard size pickup truck.
- Be able to safely operate basic motorized equipment such as ride on spreader / ride on aerator. (training will be provided) Benefits

- Done working daily by 4:30p.m. to keep your evenings free and clear of work obligations.

- Fertilization & Weed Control
- Ride on equipment for spraying and aerating.
- Loading and unloading 50# bags and equipment
- Other duties as administered
