A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.
Workers are responsible for a wide range of farm duties involving planting, cultivating, harvesting, and storing row crops like corn, wheat, and soybeans, as well as vegetables and fruits. Tasks include operating tractors, combines, irrigation systems, and other farm machinery; attaching implements to prepare soil; planting and cultivating by machine or hand; performing equipment maintenance; cleaning and transferring grain; climbing heights to maintain grain bins; and loading and hauling agricultural products. Vegetable and fruit production duties include laying plastic, setting plants, weeding, staking, grading, sorting, and packing. General farm work involves maintaining buildings, fences, vehicles, tools, and grounds; preparing land and barns; draining fields; cutting firewood; and caring for poultry. Workers follow a standard weekly schedule but may be asked to work additional hours based on crop and field conditions, with optional work on holidays or the Sabbath.

Housing:
The employer retains possession and control of the housing premises at all times. Workers provided housing under the terms of this Clearance Order shall vacate the housing promptly upon termination of employment with the employer.

Transportation:
Employer offers transportation at no cost to workers occupying Employer-provided housing to the worksite and return on a daily basis using any combination of van, truck and car depending on crop conditions and locations. Such transportation will be in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
