Job Description
We're a small family farm that is certified naturally grown and grows produce for CSA, restaurants and grocery stores. The farmhands work on various tasks such as planting, harvesting, cultivating, using hand tools, and other odd jobs. No two days are the same. The work is mostly outdoors with some indoor greenhouse tasks. We're hiring for the 2026 season June - October. Farmhands are a team of four. In addition to farm work, must accurately log harvest weights, report problems in the fields, and follow safe produce handling.
