Agricultural Equipment Operator

We run our own grain farm and a custom harvesting business chopping wheat, corn, beans and sorghum for silage. Employees will need to assist with planting and spraying crops. Employee will be operating agricultural equipment, operate a silage bagger and operate farm equipment including tractors. Employees could be required to assist with moving cattle around. Housing is provided. Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is also offered. Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day.
