This is a hands-on, full-time role supporting daily cultivation operations and ensuring plant health and productivity throughout the growth cycle. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, detail-oriented work and is interested in growing within a fast-paced cultivation environment. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cultivation tasks including transplanting, trellising, pruning, harvesting, trimming, and plant propagation Assist with irrigation and fertigation processes, including filling nutrient stock tanks Conduct routine room checks and monitor plant health, reporting any pests, diseases, or abnormalities Apply biological controls and pesticides in accordance with company and state regulations Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized workspaces Process plant waste and support overall facility cleanliness Identify and report equipment issues to management Qualifications High attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in hot, humid environments Comfortable with physical labor, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using ladders Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting Prior cannabis or cultivation experience is a plus, but not required This is a great opportunity to join a growing team where your day-to-day work directly contributes to the success of the cultivation process.
