Job Description

Wellman Farm is looking for an reliable and hardworking person to join our cultivation team. The right candidate will have a genuine interest in the plant and enjoy working in a team environment.
Responsibility will include:
Assist with defoliation, pruning. Conduct fertigation and irrigation maintenance. Clean and sanitize workspace per Company procedures. Inventory management in conjunction with other cultivation staff. Assist with plant movements in accordance with Company procedures and state regulation. Conduct plant maintenance on all aspects of growth cycle, including: Mother, Vegetative, Flowering, and take-down and post-harvest. Assist cultivation manager and lead cultivators with all aspects of cultivation process.

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
