Job Description
Are you the person everyone turns to when something breaks — and you actually already knew it was going to break? Do you prefer facts over opinions? Do you find deep satisfaction in diagnosing a problem, solving it correctly, and moving on — without needing a round of applause? Do you hold yourself to a high standard and expect your work to speak for itself? If that sounds like you, we want to talk. We are looking for an who brings genuine technical depth to the field — someone who thrives on understanding how systems work, takes ownership of their area of expertise, and is motivated by getting it right. What this role looks like for you: You'll be diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems on residential properties. You'll troubleshoot independently, apply tested methods, and build the kind of technical mastery that makes you the go-to resource on your team. You'll be trusted to work with focused autonomy once you've established your knowledge base — because you will. You'll thrive here if: You are relentless in your pursuit of accurate information and don't accept guesswork as a standard. You prefer to work independently on technical problems rather than manage people or run meetings. You communicate directly and factually — you don't need to add fluff, and neither do we. You take pride in the quality and accuracy of your completed work. Private acknowledgment from your manager means more to you than a public spotlight. Good to know about this role: This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including occasional variety in task load. While the majority of your work will be focused technical execution, there will be moments of collaboration and communication with clients or teammates. This is best suited for someone who is comfortable with those interactions when needed, while preferring to stay in their lane of expertise.
