Job Description The Assistant Barn Manager is an important member of the team to support our mission. This part-time position reports to the Equine Operations Manager and all hours worked are to be performed on site. This role is an important part of supporting our mission by maintaining a high standard of care for our horses, ensuring their comfort and safety remain paramount. Strongwater maintains a herd of 15 horses ranging from miniatures to large drafts so someone who is comfortable handling and caring for all types of horses is key.
