Job Description

Operations Agent
  • Cultivation (Seasonal) Uxbridge, MA Summary This position is responsible for the execution of outdoor cultivation, harvest, post-harvest, processing, manufacturing, and packaging of cannabis projects, as set forth by the production schedule and company initiatives established by leadership, while documenting the results of said activities and reporting those results with established protocols to management.
This position will report directly to the Operations Manager and is seasonal from their start date through November 20, 2026. Strong candidates who prove themselves may be offered a permanent roll at the company at the end of the seasonal period. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Execute day-to-day operations tasks and responsibilities associated with cannabis outdoor cultivation and post-harvest activities including but not limited to field work, grounds maintenance, planting, feeding, scouting, defoliation, IPM application, harvesting, weighing, moving large amounts of material, drying, bucking, batching, curing, quality inspections and packaging of materials.
  • Ability to handle serious manual labor in intense summer and fall weather. This is including but not limited to high heat & humidity, rain, strong winds, strong cold, exposure to insects and wildlife
  • Adhere to cannabis cultivation & manufacturing schedules in accordance with demand plan.
  • Use of equipment including but not limited to mowers, weed whackers, mini-truck, small tools, weighing devices, grinders, pre roll equipment, labeling equipment, packaging equipment, etc.
  • Adhere to all local, state and federal regulations
  • Any and all additional tasks as needed by the company. This is a startup, and roles/responsibilities are subject to change based on company needs. Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Proficiency in seed to sale system and associated functions is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have an enhanced understanding of manufacturing practices including good manufacturing practices (GMP) Additional Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass background check and MA state cannabis badging process
  • Active driver's license
  • Flexibility with tasks and responsibilities with the ability to quickly pivot based on company needs
