Job Description

Overview Join our innovative manufacturing team as a Cannabis Automation Pre-Roll Technician and be at the forefront of advancing cannabis product automation! In this energetic role, you will operate, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment systems designed for pre-roll production, ensuring seamless and efficient manufacturing processes. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering high-quality products while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge robotics and automation technology in a dynamic industry environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor robotic pre-roll assembly lines utilizing industrial systems to ensure optimal performance. Program, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment, including programming and calibration to meet production specifications. Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other tools to assist in system setup and repairs. Conduct root cause analysis on equipment malfunctions or quality issues, implementing corrective actions promptly. Perform mechanical maintenance on tooling, machining components, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to support continuous operation. Utilize vision inspection systems and distributed control systems for quality assurance and process validation. Collaborate with engineering teams on lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce waste while maintaining CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Assist with Cultivation, logistics, facilities as needed Other assigned duties as needed Experience Proven experience working with Pre-Roll Machines or similar industrial robot systems in a manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in tooling, machining, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation. Familiarity with programming, PLCs, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and vision inspection systems is highly desirable. Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement troubleshooting solutions efficiently. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and CGMP compliance within a regulated production environment. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
