This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on quality and precision. You will be responsible for the meticulous handling and preparation of tobacco leaves, ensuring they meet industry standards for subsequent steps in the production process. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our high-quality product output. Duties Carefully sort, clean, and condition tobacco leaves to remove stems, stems, and any impurities. Use specialized tools and techniques to prepare leaves for curing, fermentation, or further processing. Ensure all tobacco leaves are handled according to safety and hygiene standards, maintaining food safety protocols. Assist with the grading and categorization of tobacco leaves based on quality specifications. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and proper storage of prepared leaves to prevent contamination or spoilage. Follow detailed instructions for each batch to ensure consistency and quality control throughout the preparation process. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions consistently. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
