Job Description

Cultivation Assistant HIGHLY is growing - and so is our team! We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and plant-passionate individual to join our Cultivation Team in Boothbay. This position is full-time, year-round with benefits. As a Cultivation Assistant, you'll play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized grow space and ensuring our plants receive exceptional care in alignment with company standards and SOP's.
What You'll Do:
  • Support daily cultivation operations, including plant care, pruning, and harvesting
  • Operate and maintain automated fertigation and irrigation systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the grow facility
  • Follow strict quality and safety protocols
  • Adapt to changing operational needs in a fast-paced environment What we are looking for:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with automated fertigation systems, irrigation, or similar automation technology Strong attention to detail and reliability Capable of lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds, bending, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and stand for extended periods (8-10-hour shift) Flexibility and positive attitude in dynamic work environment Passion for plants and commitment to high-quality cultivation practices Honesty Team-oriented with strong communication skills Willing to sign a nondisclosure agreement Able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, holiday shifts and inclement weather.
