What they do
A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Support daily cultivation operations, including plant care, pruning, and harvesting
- Operate and maintain automated fertigation and irrigation systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the grow facility
- Follow strict quality and safety protocols
- Adapt to changing operational needs in a fast-paced environment What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with automated fertigation systems, irrigation, or similar automation technology Strong attention to detail and reliability Capable of lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds, bending, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and stand for extended periods (8-10-hour shift) Flexibility and positive attitude in dynamic work environment Passion for plants and commitment to high-quality cultivation practices Honesty Team-oriented with strong communication skills Willing to sign a nondisclosure agreement Able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, holiday shifts and inclement weather.
