Job Description

Cultivation Technician FLWRpot - Adrian, MI 49221 The Cultivation Technician is responsible for aiding in the production, maintenance, and health of all plants by performing tasks assigned by the Head of Cultivation. The Cultivation Technician will perform operations pertaining to plant care, including but not limited to; defoliating/manicuring, trellising, transplanting, harvesting, cleaning and sanitization of the facility and equipment. This entails following strict company SOPs, completing tasks assigned by management and reporting to the Head of Cultivation.
Individuals will be responsible for:
General cleaning of equipment and (light maintenance) of the facility as to provide a clean and sanitary working environment Transplanting, i.e. Up-Potting multiple plants per cycle at different stages of life Defoliating and manicuring plants as directed by management and defined by company training and SOPs Integrated Pest Management Trim/Process plants Harvesting and trimming plants as set forth by company SOP Staging and applying trellis to plants Packaging raw flower and concentrate into pre-packaged container Production and packaging of pre-rolls Record keeping and data entry in the state-wide monitoring system (METRC) Performing all other tasks and responsibilities assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Must be able to pass a State required background check
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift 25-50lbs regularly
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management management skills We are seeking an individual who:
  • Is highly motivated and well adapted to a changing and fast pace work environment
  • Can easily follow directions and schedules
  • Is versed in cultivation specific procedures
  • Can understand and implement the rules and standards set forth by the company in which abide by all state and local laws, regulations and policies
  • Works well with others in a team environment but also can perform solo tasks responsibly and efficiently
  • Is efficient and can keep pace with the standards set forth by management
Job Type:
Full-Time Salary:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
