Ann Arbor, MI Job Details Part-time $22 - $28 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Teamwork Collaboration Greenhouse experience Attention to detail Manual handling Full Job Description About the Position We are seeking dependable, hardworking Cultivation Technicians to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and have an interest in cannabis cultivation. You'll play an important role in maintaining healthy plants, supporting harvest operations, and ensuring cultivation areas meet high cleanliness and quality standards. Cannabis cultivation experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Perform sanitation and cleaning of cultivation rooms, equipment, and work areas. Defoliate, lollipop, and prune cannabis plants to promote healthy growth and maximize yields. Conduct routine greenhouse cultivation activities, including plant trimming, pruning, staking, and supporting healthy crop development. Assist with harvesting cannabis plants. Buck harvested plants and prepare material for the post-harvest team. Monitor plant health through visual inspections. Identify common plant pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and other abnormalities, and report or assist with corrective actions. Follow cultivation standard operating procedures (SOPs) and facility compliance requirements. Maintain organized, clean, and efficient workspaces. Work safely while handling plants, tools, and equipment. Collaborate with cultivation staff to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older . Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to assigned facilities. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout an 8-hour shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Positive attitude and dependable attendance. Cannabis cultivation or greenhouse experience is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of plant health, pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies is a plus.
