Duties Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops using and hand tools. Support greenhouse operations by planting seedlings, managing climate controls, and maintaining horticultural standards. Qualifications Prior experience is helpful but a good attitude is most important. Knowledge of farming techniques including crop growing processes, horticulture practices, greenhouse management, and sustainable agriculture methods. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to planting or feeding schedules.
