Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as an irrigation specialist, where you will lead the daily operations of our irrigation department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for irrigation and lawncare to create an inspiring environment for you and your team. You'll oversee staff, manage inventory, work at multiple job sites, and ensure exceptional customer service while servicing local irrigation systems. As a key leader, you will drive our irrigation department, growth and foster a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and clients. Responsibilities Irrigation job scheduling on a weekly basis Oversees irrigation startup and closeout procedures Service irrigation systems Installation of irrigation systems Order necessary irrigation parts Maintenance and upkeep of all irrigation messages and planning book Daily check in with office manager and general manager Reports to NHL General Manger Qualifications Minimum of two years' experience in irrigation Ability to hire, train and oversee employees Capable of communication with clients, vendors, and staff Plan, organize, staff, direct and control a project or website
