Minimal We are seeking an experienced Cannabis Cultivator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, dependable, and eager to grow their career within a fast-expanding operation. Responsibilities Daily plant care, monitoring, and documentation Set up equipment and systems as instructed , following SOPs and direction from leadership Maintain grow rooms, lighting, irrigation, environmental controls, and cleanliness Record cultivation data accurately and consistently Manage schedules, feeding, IPM, and harvest timelines Coordinate transition from indoor to outdoor cultivation Communicate issues, updates, and successes with management Assist with site improvements, construction, and seasonal prep as required Requirements Previous experience in cannabis cultivation Comfortable following direction and working within established protocols Strong reliability and communication skills Open to mild travel between facilities (1+ hour commute) Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and stay organized Lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, work in varying conditions Preferred Qualifications METRC experience Experience with both indoor and outdoor cultivation Mechanical/equipment setup experience (lights, dehumidifiers, irrigation, etc.) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience A stable position with growth potential Opportunity to expand skills and advance within the organization Supportive team environment with clear direction and structures This is a great opportunity for someone who loves cultivation, is dependable, and is ready to grow their career in Michigan's cannabis industry.
