Overview Join our innovative team as a Cannabis Cultivation Technician and become a vital part of the dynamic cannabis cultivation process! In this energetic role, you will assist in the growth and maintenance of high-quality cannabis plants within controlled greenhouse environments. Duties Assist with daily plant care routines, including watering, pruning, and trimming to promote healthy growth Monitor plant health by identifying pests, diseases, or deficiencies through visual inspection and plant identification skills Maintain grow conditions by notifying management regarding environmental changes such as temperature, humidity, and lighting Support planting, transplanting, harvesting, and curing processes with attention to detail and safety Operate hand tools and basic mechanical equipment safely for various cultivation tasks Skills Growing experience in horticulture, farming, or landscaping environments with a focus on plant health management Knowledge of irrigation systems and water management techniques Familiarity with greenhouse operations and outdoor cultivation practices Mechanical knowledge related to gardening tools and equipment maintenance Ability to identify different cannabis plants and recognize signs of pests or deficiencies Basic math skills for measurements, dosing nutrients, and record keeping Physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to plant care and safety Embark on a rewarding journey in cannabis cultivation where your skills directly impact the quality of our products.
