In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously trimming, manicuring, and preparing cannabis plants for harvest, ensuring each product meets quality standards and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities Carefully trim and manicure cannabis plants to enhance appearance and quality, following established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Maintain cleanliness and organization of trimming stations and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient workflow. Identify plant mold or diseases during trimming and report issues promptly for further action. Follow all safety protocols related to handling tools, chemicals, and plant materials. Skills Experience with greenhouse cultivation, outdoor work, or indoor horticulture environments. Mechanical knowledge of hand tools used in trimming and horticultural tasks. Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for precise trimming tasks. Physical capability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks. Prior experience in farming or landscaping is a plus; outdoor work experience highly valued.
