- Experienced Hand Rollers (Cannabis Industry) Mid Mitten Industrial Trim Solutions LLC is looking for skilled and detail-oriented Hand Rollers to join our growing team. We're seeking individuals experienced in crafting premium hand-rolled pre-rolls, including hash holes (donuts), who take pride in producing consistent, high-quality products.

What We're Looking For:

Experience hand rolling cannabis pre-rolls Ability to roll hash holes/donut pre-rolls with precision Strong attention to detail and quality control Reliable, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Must be able to roll 12-20 per hour If you're passionate about quality craftsmanship and want to work with an experienced, professional crew, we'd love to hear from you.
