Our leadership team brings decades of experience in Michigan's regulated cannabis industry and is focused on producing high-quality, consistent products that customers can trust. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cannabis Sanitation Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation within our cannabis processing facility. This role includes general cleaning, dishwashing, solvent-based cleaning, and assisting with unloading and stocking material shipments. Responsibilities Washing specialized processing equipment, glass, and tools using Isopropyl Alcohol (ISO) to remove stubborn cannabinoids and sticky oils. Washing production dishes such as pots, pans, bins, utensils, and other items using a 3 compartment sink. Sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting common employee areas including breakrooms, restrooms, and hallways. Monitoring and restocking essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and facility garbage bags. Emptying facility trash bins and removing cardboard. Unloading, stocking, and organizing production materials such as; hardware, packaging, and ingredients. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Qualifications Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. Positive attitude with a willingness to work in multiple areas. Ability to follow detailed written procedures and compliance documentation. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must meet all Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) employment requirements. Must be able to complete any required background checks. Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
