Job Description
Hammontree Growers is a licensed Michigan Class C cannabis cultivation facility located in Morenci. We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our cultivation team. This entry-level position involves physical, hands-on work in a commercial indoor cultivation facility, with opportunities to learn additional cultivation skills and assume greater responsibilities over time. Responsibilities Reset grow rooms following harvest Clean and sanitize grow rooms, equipment, and tools Assist with transplanting, cloning, and defoliation Assist with harvest activities, including cutting, weighing, and hanging plants Assist with plant waste disposal Move plants between cultivation rooms during room resets Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and applicable state regulations Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Able to pass a state-mandated background check Reliable with a strong work ethic Able to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, climb ladders, and perform repetitive physical tasks Schedule Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30
