Vegetation Technician

We're seeking a skilled Cannabis Vegetation Specialist to join a professional indoor cultivation facility in Vassar, MI. This is a hands-on role focused on plant health, growth optimization, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced grow environment.

What You'll Do:

Monitor and maintain plant health during the vegetative stage Perform pruning, transplanting, and canopy management Mix and apply nutrients; manage feeding schedules Identify and address pests, disease, and deficiencies Maintain clean, compliant grow rooms
